Decontamination of Solids
Various treatment methods including thermal desorption are employed at BCD Technologies to decontaminate solids contaminated with organic pollutants such as PCBs, OCPs, OPPs, PAHs, PFOS, and Phenols.
These solids range from PCB contaminated transformers and capacitors to contaminated soils, rags and personal protective equipment.
The company also owns and operates a higher throughput contaminated soil treatment process known as Direct-fired Thermal Desorption (DTD) through our wholly owned subsidiary company Thermal Treatment Solutions Pty Ltd.
